What the Free Tier Includes and How Limits Work
PatternPilotAI offers a free tier that gives you meaningful access to AI chart analysis without any payment. This guide explains exactly what is included, what is limited, and how the limits work.
Free Tier Features
AI Chart Analysis (10 Per Month)
You receive 10 AI chart analyses per calendar month. Each analysis provides the full suite of results:
- Pattern detection with confidence score
- Entry, take-profit, and stop-loss recommendations
- Risk management calculations and risk grade
- Technical indicator analysis
- Trade plan summary
The analysis quality is identical to what Pro subscribers receive. There is no difference in depth, accuracy, or detail.
Analysis Counter
Your remaining analyses are displayed in the dashboard header, so you always know how many you have left. The counter updates in real time after each analysis.
Monthly Reset
The counter resets on the 1st of every month at midnight UTC. Unused analyses do not roll over. If you have 4 remaining on the last day of the month, they reset to 10 the next day.
30-Day Analysis History
You can access your most recent 30 days of analysis results. Older analyses are not deleted, but they are not accessible until you upgrade to Pro, which provides unlimited history.
What Is Not Included
The following features require a Pro subscription:
Unlimited Analyses
Free accounts are capped at 10 analyses per month. Pro subscribers have no limit and can analyze as many charts as they want.
Trade Journaling
The trade journal is exclusively available to Pro subscribers. Free users cannot create, edit, or export journal entries. This includes all journal features: entries, statistics, tags, filters, and data export.
Full Learning Resources
Free users can see resource titles and previews to get an overview of available content. Full resource guides with complete explanations, examples, and strategies are available only to Pro subscribers.
Extended Analysis History
Free users have access to the last 30 days of analysis history. Pro subscribers have unlimited history with no time restriction.
Priority Processing
During periods of high traffic, Pro subscribers receive priority processing for their analyses. Free tier analyses are processed in standard order.

Since you have a limited number each month, here are ways to maximize their value:
- Be selective. Upload charts where you see a clear potential setup rather than using analyses for casual browsing
- Prepare your charts. Take clean, high-resolution screenshots and fill in the optional context fields for the best results
- Study your results. Spend time reviewing each analysis thoroughly rather than rushing through multiple analyses
- Save the results. Your 30-day history lets you revisit analyses, so take advantage of that

Can I earn more free analyses? Currently, the free tier is fixed at 10 analyses per month. There is no way to earn additional free analyses.
Do analyses that fail count toward my limit? No. If an analysis fails due to a technical error or unsupported image, it does not count against your monthly allowance.
