Terms of Service

By accessing or using PatternPilotAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using PatternPilotAI, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through a notice on the Service. Your continued use of PatternPilotAI after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

PatternPilotAI provides AI-powered chart analysis tools for financial markets. The Service is designed for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.

The Service includes, but is not limited to:

• AI-powered chart pattern analysis and detection
• Automated trade plan generation based on chart patterns
• Trade journaling tools for tracking and reviewing trades
• Educational learning resources about chart patterns and trading
• Portfolio and performance tracking features

All analysis results generated by the Service are for informational purposes only. They should not be interpreted as recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.

Trading in financial markets carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You could lose some or all of your invested capital. Leverage and margin trading can amplify both gains and losses significantly.

Before trading, you should carefully consider your financial objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. You should be aware of all the risks associated with trading and seek independent advice if necessary.

Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose. PatternPilotAI is not responsible for any financial losses you may incur as a result of using the Service.

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. You must not share your login information with any other person. Each person may only maintain one account.

You agree to notify PatternPilotAI immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. PatternPilotAI will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

PatternPilotAI offers two service tiers:

• Free Tier: Includes up to 10 chart analysis per month, 30-day analysis history, and access to limited features as described on the pricing page.
• Pro Tier: Includes unlimited chart analysis, full analysis history, trade journaling, and access to all features as described on the pricing page.

Usage limits for the Free Tier reset on the 1st of each calendar month. PatternPilotAI reserves the right to modify the features and limits of each tier with reasonable notice to users.

Pro subscriptions are billed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to Pro features until that date.

If we change our subscription pricing, we will notify you via email at least 30 days before the new price takes effect. Your continued subscription after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

All sales are final. PatternPilotAI does not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to: early cancellation of a subscription, dissatisfaction with the Service, or failure to use the Service during a billing period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time and will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining time in a billing period after cancellation.

When using PatternPilotAI, you agree not to:

• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape content or perform bulk analysis
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the logic of our AI models or algorithms
• Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple people to use a single account
• Upload malicious files, viruses, or any content designed to disrupt the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Circumvent any usage limits, access controls, or security measures

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice or refund.

All content, software, algorithms, designs, graphics, trademarks, and other intellectual property associated with PatternPilotAI are the exclusive property of PatternPilotAI and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the Service without prior written consent.

You retain full ownership of any chart images you upload to the Service. AI analysis results generated from your charts are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.

Blog content, help articles, learning resources, and other educational materials published on PatternPilotAI may not be reproduced, distributed, or republished without written permission.

By uploading chart images or other content to PatternPilotAI, you grant the Service a limited, non-exclusive license to process, analyze, and store that content solely for the purpose of providing you with analysis results.

Your uploaded charts are stored securely and are not shared with third parties. We do not use your charts to train AI models or for any purpose beyond providing the Service to you.

You represent and warrant that you have the right to upload any chart images or other content you submit to the Service, and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PatternPilotAI and its operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any trading losses, financial damages, or investment decisions made based on analysis results provided by the Service.

PatternPilotAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

In no event shall PatternPilotAI's total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid to PatternPilotAI in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

Your use of PatternPilotAI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

PatternPilotAI is committed to protecting your data rights. Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and similar data protection laws, you have the right to access, export, or delete your personal data.

PatternPilotAI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or without interruption. Service outages may occur due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We may schedule maintenance windows to improve the Service. When possible, we will provide advance notice of planned maintenance. However, emergency maintenance may be performed without prior notice.

PatternPilotAI shall not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from temporary unavailability of the Service.

PatternPilotAI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through a prominent notice on the Service.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you should discontinue use of the Service and close your account.

We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed about any changes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in the jurisdiction of the company's registered state.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect.
